You can connect to our Cloud Zendo by Zoom, using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Download Zoom and then try to connect to our meeting room any time to test! Do it well ahead of time so you can make sure it works for you. See top of page for Meeting ID and link to the meeting room if you already have Zoom open on your device.

Simply download the free “Zoom” application (program) to your device or computer. For an excellent description of how to do this, see this explanation in the Zen Studies Podcast:  https://zenstudiespodcast.com/using-the-zoom-app-to-connect-online/.

Notes:

It isn’t necessary to sign up for a Zoom account when you download or use the app.

Want to see all the other people participating in a session? Select “gallery view” on your screen. You will be able to see everyone on a laptop, most people on a tablet, but only 4 people at a time on a phone (you can swipe left or right, though, to see who else is online).

Most people find Zoom pretty user-friendly, but if you need any help getting set up with Zoom, email us ([email protected]).

On Tuesday starting at 7:00 pm eastern US

  • Have your phone next to you as a backup, even if you are planning on Zooming in
